Role Summary
Provide administrative and customer support across Union Energy’s services (Power, Solar, and EV), focusing on enquiry handling, lead coordination, and internal support.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries via email, hotline, and AI chatbot
• Support customer service across Power, Solar, and EV
• Generate, track, and follow up on leads, ensuring timely coordination with the BD team
• Assist with proposal preparation and scheduling of appointments and site visits
• Handle LEW submissions and ensure documentation is complete
• Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Operations, O&M, LEW, vendors)
• Support EVC administrative tasks (reporting, tariff updates, app-related matters)
• Maintain proper records and tracking, and perform general administrative duties
Requirements
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong coordination skills and follow-up discipline
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organisational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player
