Service Maintenance Manager - #1165851

• Ensure compliance with incident reporting guidelines

• Implement, drive, promote, monitor and mange safety in compliance with company's directives and guidelines

• Manage service business within the designated areas

• Manage business P&L , growth and profitability to meet yearly target

• Manage all resources in line with values and policies to sustainably develop the service business by exceeding customer expectations

• Develop and maintain relationship with customers to understand their needs and expectations and solve arising issues to ensure highest customer satisfaction

• People development - actively drive the technical and non-technical development to ensure all work is conducted according to established procedures and work instructions to enlighten customers

• Close gaps and develop competency of the service team

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any relevant experience

• At least 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction / managing customers

• Exposure in facilities management/ M&E/ engineering/ service industry

• Exposure working in lift/ elevator industry advantageous

• Experience in operating revenue, profitability and sales

• Possess good communication skills

• Able to communicate with all levels
