• Position : Service Coordinator (Parts & Scheduling)

• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus of Average 1-2 months (Subject to company and individual performance) + Up to 18 days annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle ordering of spare parts and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.

• Coordinate with the service team to schedule and track service jobs.

• Maintain proper documentation of service records, parts inventory, and customer transactions.

• Provide administrative support to the Service Department, including filing and reporting.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, quotations, and billing.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least two years of relevant experience in service coordination, sales support, parts administration, scheduling or a related administrative role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
