Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for customer orders, new projects, and product opportunities.

• Review technical drawings, engineering documents, and product requirements to understand costing needs.

• Work with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to assess material requirements, production processes, and build feasibility.

• Apply pricing models, costing standards, and internal guidelines to develop competitive and accurate quotes.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments to gather cost inputs and support pricing decisions.

• Analyse multi-level Bills of Materials (BOM) to determine material, labour, and manufacturing cost impact.

• Maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders on quotation matters and program-related updates.

• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes while managing quote timelines independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quotation, cost estimation, pricing, or related manufacturing support roles.

• Experience working with multi-level BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering documentation, preferably in semiconductor or precision manufacturing environments.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and VBA.

• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems such as Oracle, Agile, or similar platforms, with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
