Salary: Basic Up $3000 + VB

12 hours rotating shift: 8am -8pm / 8pm -8am

Work Location: Sunview/ Woodland

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately in the WMS/ERP system and ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and cut-off times.

• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

• Handle customer enquiries related to orders, inventory, and delivery status while resolving operational issues.

• Prepare and maintain operational documents, inventory reports, and performance reports with accurate records.

• Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure service excellence.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse operations or order fulfilment is preferred.

• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4-3-3-4 schedule).
