Quantity Surveyor - #1165714

Responsibilities :-

• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents for tendering projects.

• Source and purchase materials/products required for the project.

• Negotiate and compare pricing with contractors and suppliers.

• Monitor the stages of fitting works to ensure costs are in line with forecast.

• Monitor and prepare a report on the cost for projects and determine the final cost.

• Obtain and summarize relevant information to handle inquiries and comments.

• Interact with vendors/contractors to discuss production, sample requests, and other pertinent issues.

• Coordinate, liaise and follow up with current and prospective clients to determine and reply to order needs.

• Follow up, monitor and track quotation status with clients and where possible, close the sale/order.

• Clients servicing/support and problem-solving.

• Establish the cost of installation, materials, and workmanship to draft a well-planned quotation which is beneficial to the Company and the client.

• Collect, update and analyze weekly and monthly sales/quotations performance data​

Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Specialized in Architecture/Interior Design will be advantage.
