Quantity Surveyor (BUILDING) - #1165702

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.

• Taking off quantities, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and supplier

• Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission

• Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, and temporary plan

• Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.

• Any other duties that are deemed required to complete the works

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil), Quantity Surveying or Building-related.

• MUST have at least 2 years of work experience as ELECTRICAL/BUILDING Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.

• Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
