Building Manager (Developer) - #1165657

Join our client, an established developer who is currently seeking a driven Building Manager/Senior Building Manager to join their dynamic team to manage a Commercial office building.

What you will do

• Oversee the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of assigned properties.

• Lead and supervise site staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ensure building facilities, services, and common areas are maintained in a safe, efficient, and presentable condition.

• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works.

• Manage service contracts, vendor performance, and procurement processes.

• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and support cost-control initiatives.

• Handle occupants' feedback, operational issues, and stakeholder enquiries.

• Oversee defect management, major repair or upgrading projects

• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead sustainability, asset enhancement, and operational improvement initiatives.

• Prepare reports and maintain proper records relating to building operations and maintenance.

• Maintain good relationships with government agencies, statutory authorities, consultants, tenants, auditors, and stakeholders on all building operational, compliance and licensing matters.

• Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building Management, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building or property management

• Must possess experience managing commercial properties

• Candidates with developer background are highly desirable
