Senior Finance Executive | 5 Days Office Hour | Sin Ming - #1165600

Job Details:
* Location: Sin Ming
* Salary: Up to $4.5k (basic) + VB
* Duration: Perm
* Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:
Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports accurately and on a timely basis.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and loan agreements between related entities.
Support data migration projects, including migration from Xero to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
Assist in process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancement initiatives.
Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Xero and NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting and loan arrangements.
