Executive, Process Automation - #1165686

Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will support the team in reviewing current work processes, finding areas for automation and helping to build simple, effective solutions. The role will work closely with business users, IT and department managers to improve work flow, reduce manual tasks and raise productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Process Review and Discovery
· Work with business teams to map current work flows, understand pain points and identify tasks that can be automated.
Automation Design and Setup
· Develop, configure, and support automation scripts, work flows and bots using low-code or no-code platforms, or basic coding where needed.
Testing and Troubleshooting
· Carry out quality checks, test automation solutions, fix errors and ensure solutions are ready before launch.
Maintenance and Support
· Monitor automation performance, resolve bot or system issues and update settings when source systems or processes change.
System Integration
· Work with the IT team to connect automation tools with the right systems, applications, and databases. Ensure data moves correctly and safely across the business.
Training and Documentation
· Train end users, prepare user guides and technical notes and ensure all automation work follows security and compliance rules.
Project Support
· Support process improvement projects and help turn ideas into clear, workable plans.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
· Candidates from other disciplines may be considered if they have strong tech aptitude.
· Experience in process improvement, automation, administration or operations support will be useful.
· Keen interest in using technology to reduce manual work, save man-hours and improve process efficiency.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
