About the role
Solara Medical is looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth, with a strong focus on expanding our corporate health screening outreach. This role is suited for a commercially minded individual who is confident in hunting for new business, closing corporate accounts, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable owning sales targets from lead generation to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by actively acquiring new corporate clients for health screening services.
Identify, approach, pitch to, and close companies, HR departments, SMEs, corporate groups, schools, associations, and community partners.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate health screening leads.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase corporate health screening bookings and recurring partnerships.
Create customised corporate health screening proposals, packages, pricing structures, and presentations.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with key decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with HR managers, business owners, insurance partners, employee benefits consultants, and corporate wellness providers.
Lead marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads through digital channels, direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
Plan and execute corporate wellness roadshows, health talks, onsite screening events, and promotional activities.
Work closely with clinic operations to ensure smooth delivery of health screening services for corporate clients.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or corporate partnerships.
Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate account management, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Experience in healthcare, corporate wellness, medical services, insurance, employee benefits, or health screening sales will be a strong advantage.
Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently.
Confident in speaking with senior decision-makers, HR leaders, business owners, and corporate clients.
Strong commercial sense with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Able to work with sales targets, KPIs, and performance-driven goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and client accounts at the same time.
