Senior HR Executive
The Senior HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across both divisions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance and offboarding. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who is organized, people-focused and able to work closely with division managers and employees, both locally and regionally, to ensure consistent HR standards, timely execution and positive employee experience.
The Responsibilities:
· Conduct end-to-end recruitment for both divisions, including job postings, candidate sourcing and shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate selection, reference checks where applicable, salary proposals and offer management.
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, probation and confirmation processes, internal movements, exit clearance and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all employees.
· Implement and monitor performance review cycles, working closely with the reporting manager and division managers to ensure timely completion, meaningful feedback and continuous improvement.
· Ensure HR policies, practices and processes remain compliant with statutory requirements and applicable guidelines; update and communicate HR policies as needed.
· Support applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely processing.
· Support the preparation of employment agreements, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, formal notices and other HR-related documentation.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files and HR reports, ensuring confidentiality, data accuracy and proper documentation.
· Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions for both divisions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with local requirements.
· Champion and plan employee engagement initiatives and support activities that foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
· Identify training needs, coordinate development programs and support career progression initiatives for teammates in collaboration with managers.
· Support the reporting manager on aligning HR policies, operational standards and best practices across regions.
· Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, employee entitlements, company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Leverage HR data, AI-enabled tools and workforce trend analysis to generate useful reports, statistics and insights on areas such as recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, training needs and workforce planning, supporting more informed decision-making by management.
· Support general HR operations, reporting and administrative matters as required by management.
The Pre-Requisites:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A good team player who is also able to work independently.
· Must be organized, able to multitask and able to work under pressure.
· Must be detail-oriented, patient and able to work efficiently.
· A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
· Comfortable working with HR data, reports and digital tools; interest or basic knowledge in HR analytics, AI-enabled tools or workforce trend analysis will be an advantage.
