[Responsibilities]

• Lead and support industrial projects across domestic and international markets, including Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Food, Daily Chemical, and New Energy facilities.
• Independently develop HVAC design deliverables for Concept Design (CD), Basic Design (BD), and Detailed Design (DD) phases, including but not limited to:
  
  • User Requirement Specifications (URS)
  • Load Calculations and Air Balance Calculations
  • Airflow and Instrument Diagrams
  • AHU Zoning Layouts
  • Pressurisation Layouts
  • HVAC Design Reports
  • Duct Layouts
  • Technical Specifications
  • 3D Modelling using Revit or SketchUp
  • Detailed Drawings (development and review)
  • Shop Drawings (development and review)
• Coordinate and manage Local Design Institutes (LDI), Professional Engineers (PE), and Qualified Persons (QP) throughout design and project execution stages.
• Support procurement activities, including:
  
  • Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and value engineering
  • Preparation of tender/bidding documents
  • Technical bid evaluation and reporting
• Review deliverables submitted by LDIs and subcontractors to ensure compliance with local regulations and User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Provide site construction support when required.
• Support Facility Management (FM) and LEED design consultancy tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

[Requirements]
Must

• 6 years of relevant working experience; more than 10 years is preferred.
• Ability to work independently when needed, with strong teamwork spirit.
• Proficient in office software and AutoCAD-related tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CFD, etc.
• Familiar with FDA/cGMP/ISO14644 standards and general engineering practices.
• Knowledgeable in local building codes and international standards such as IBC, IMC, ASHRAE, etc.
• Strong understanding of HVAC material selection.
• Leadership capability is an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to travel for short business trips (3-6 months).
