Salary: 2800 to 3000 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities
· Handle customer orders using WMS/ERP systems.
· Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams on order fulfilment and deliveries
· Monitor order status and follow up on delays or exceptions.
· Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment/order status.
· Prepare logistics documents (DO, packing list, invoice, POD).
· Support inventory checks, discrepancy investigations, and customer reports.
· Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and service requirements.
Job Requirements
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or logistics.
· Experience in 3PL /contract logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
· Familiar with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task.
· Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
· Able to work overtime when required
· Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays according to roster
Shift Schedule
· Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
· Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
