Trade Services Analyst ( Banking/ West) - #1165659

Responsibilities
1. Process daily Trade Operations transactions in accordance to the agreed service standards.
2. Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction.
3. Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction.
4. Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
5. To adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.
6. Assist in projects to improve work processes.
7. Perform adhoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.

Requirements
a. Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in banking operations especially in Trade Services.
b. Functional knowledge/experience in back office support is required.
c. Able to Multi-Task, Self-Motivated with good interpersonal skill.
d. Able to take on new tasks as required by the business and by the management.
e. Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
f. Knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel.
