Job Details:

* Location: Sin Ming
* Salary: Up $6,000 basic + VB
* Duration: Perm
* Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:
Financial Close & Entity Management
• Independently manage and execute month-end and year-end closing for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, and balance sheet schedules.
• Own the general ledger and ensure compliance with group policies and local statutory requirements.
• Analyze revenue and expense accounts, providing variance analysis and insightful explanations.

Compliance, Reporting & Audit
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS or local accounting standards and maintain high-quality documentation and internal controls.
• Prepare and review management and statutory financial statements.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits, ensuring efficient completion of audit deliverables.
• Support preparation of corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and other statutory filings, coordinating with external service providers where necessary.

Business Partnership & Process Improvement
• Act as a finance partner to business units, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate, design, and implement process improvements leveraging technology tools such as NetSuite, Excel, or automation platforms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is a MUST.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including financial close responsibilities.
- Audit or Big 4 experience is advantageous.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Exposure to fintech, technology, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
