12-hour Rotating Shift (Day/Night, 4-3-3-4 Roster)

Salary: $3250 to $3650 + Performance Bonus

Night Shift Allowance + Flexible Benefits + Sign-On Bonus (T&C Apply)

Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise the warehouse teams and daily operations.

· Assign manpower and tasks to meet daily targets.

· Monitor picking, packing, receiving, put-away, and loading activities.

· Monitor warehouse performance against KPIs and operational targets.

· Ensure stock accuracy (cycle count, stock checks) and proper documentation.

· Conduct stock checks and support inventory investigations.

· Ensure proper use and availability of warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers).

· Verify warehouse documents (GRN, ASN, DO, pick lists) and prevent stock errors.

· Train team members on SOPs, safety practices, and WMS usage.

· Handle operational issues and support a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

· Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management

· Experience with SAP/WMS

· Good MS Office skills (Excel)

· Comfortable with physical work, hardworking, and able to multitask.

· Good communication and leadership skills.

· Comfortable working at heights

· Able to work overtime when required.
