Job Description
Project management
Assist main PSM project managers in evaluating proposals from industry partners and preparing submission papers for approval
Support main PSM project managers in implementing projects e.g. preparing LOF templates, monitoring project progress, checking deliverables, prepare project updates as well as any variation/changes requests by partners. (Scope of Projects include- Youth Engagement, Children’s Content, Premium Content, Content Sandbox and Tech Capabilities)
Assist in reviewing PSM-funded content across various platforms (FTA TV, Radio, Digital and Socials) to provide insights to guide development of PSM content strategies
Media Measurement
Research, identify and support acquisition of new/enhanced measurement tools and review of current key performance indicators.
Distil and analyse salient audience response data points (e.g. data via surveys/consultation/online analytics) for purposes of assessing the performance of Public Service Media (PSM) content offered on TV and digital platform platforms.
Support the project management of PSM measurement projects
Support the preparation of project close-out assessment reports, including performance analysis of funded content
Public & Industry feedback, Comms & Publicity and Other Admin Duties
Assist in managing public and industry complaints/feedback on PSM projects and related matters
Assist in organising and preparing admin briefs and post-event follow-up for official meetings or events/industry visits/industry dialogues with key stakeholders, advisory committees and industry partners
Support the development of comms plan and messages for PSM initiatives and programmes
Any ad-hoc assignments from D(PSM)
Job Requirements
Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in project management or a similar capacity would be an advantage
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distil and interpret data from multiple sources such as surveys, audience analytics, and industry reports
Familiarity with media measurement tools and digital analytics platforms would be advantageous
Good writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare submission papers, project updates, and communications materials for a range of stakeholders
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
Collaborative team player who is able to work effectively with internal teams, industry partners, and external stakeholders
Interest in or knowledge of the media landscape, including broadcast, digital, and social media platforms, would be a plus
