[Entry Level] Assistant Operations Executive | Shift Work | UP to $3500 - #1161868

Salary: Basic Salary + AWS + VB + Shift Allowance (Night Shift) + Incentive

12 hours shift. 7.30am to 7.30pm AND 7.30pm to 7.30am.

Shift Pattern (work 3 days off 2 days):

• 1 st day- Day shift

• 2nd day - Day or Night

• 3rd day – Night

• 4th + 5th day - Off

Details

• 1 year traineeship = Perm role, 3 to 6 months of training + probation

• Location: Near to Vivo city/Pasir Panjang/Tuas (cannot choose location, they will try their best to assign to a nearer location)

• Transport provided across whole of SG at various MRT (to & Fro with min. charge) – applicable to Tuas working location only ($0.70 per trip)

Responsibilities:
Focus Areas

• Master fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning.

• Supervise quayside activities.

• Coordinate and manage container yard activities using the latest Terminal Operations System.

Skill Development

• Leadership and communication.

• Team management of equipment specialists.

• Ensure execution of plans to meet critical service levels in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holders

• You must be willing to perform shift duties.

• Must be comfortable with the different office locations
