Responsibilities:

• Guide and supervise the department to meet company goals and keep customers highly satisfied

• Coach junior team members and new hires to help them get up to speed and hit warehouse targets

• Monitor staff performance closely and address any issues or gaps professionally

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing activities to ensure team KPIs are fully met

• Schedule and plan manpower efficiently to meet customer orders while keeping costs in check

• Handle any other job-related duties assigned by management when required

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only

• Min. 5 years of supervisor experience in warehouse & logistics industry
