Junior Sales Manager (Marine Industry) - #1165515

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager with Marine experience to support our client in the Marine Supply sector. Our client is a Japan MNC, and we are looking for potential candidates to support them initially for expansion plan.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales support.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

• Conduct sales presentations and introduce products and services to potential customers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's system.

• Prepare regular sales updates and forecasts for management.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in Marine or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
