Facilities Technician [IRIT] - #1165494

1 year agency contract (renewal subject to business needs)
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8-5pm

1 month completion bonus applicable

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant utilities, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, water treatment, wastewater, fire protection, and lighting systems

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions proactively.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility-related equipment faults to minimize downtime.
  Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve equipment reliability.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted utility services and coordinate maintenance activities with minimal operational impact.

• Assist in the installation, relocation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of facility equipment and utility systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including LOTO, PTW, risk assessments, and housekeeping standards.

• Manage maintenance documentation, CMMS work orders, contractor activities, and reporting to support asset reliability and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in Facilities Management/Building Management System will be advantageous
