Job Description:

Restaurant Manager

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

• Take charge of the outlet during the Restaurant Manager's absence.

• Supervise both service and kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Monitor inventory, food quality, labour costs, and daily sales performance.

• Prepare staff schedules and assist with attendance, payroll, and administrative records.

General Manager

• Lead the overall management of the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Monitor business performance, control operating costs, and maximise profitability.

• Plan staffing requirements and oversee team scheduling.

• Develop, coach, and motivate the management and restaurant team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

• Support marketing activities and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.

Job Requirement:

• Preferable Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
