1. Production Engineer /5 days - 8.30am-5.30pm/Up to $4,000 - $4,500 @Tuas

• Manage, coordinate, delegation and scheduling of all incoming jobs and ensure timely delivery.

• Understand requirements of all manufacturing, servicing and improvement project.

• Manage from start to completion of projec by working with stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Manage workshop loadings, direct labour hours, overtime, rework, scrap, deliveries, downtime etc.

• Organize weekly production meeting to provide status update to all relevant departments.

• Assist formulate shop floor production plans and optimize production hours.

• Identify competency of staffs, assign work tasks, manage grievances & motivate them.

• Work with departments to develop, implement and conduct training to enhance competency.

• Conduct annual performance appraisal for employees & work with QHSE on quality issues.

• Review on PCR and work with internal depts/customer to clarify specs/ requirements.

• Resolving bottleneck situations and determining root cause, corrections and corrective actions.

• Initiating purchase requisition, prepare monthly reports, and deal with provider on technical issues.

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical with 2 years in metal /oil&gas preferred.

2. General Worker (Fabrication) /$1500 - $2,500 Basic + $120 Transport + OT @Tuas

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures such as racks, frames, panels, and booths.

• Interpret fabrication drawings & measurements, perform cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting & welding.

• Perform abrasive blasting to clean metal surfaces & apply masking materials according to drawings.

• Perform painting after blasting & apply industrial coatings using spray gun, brush, or roller.

• Operate flame spray equipment and apply coating application techniques and parameter control.

• Perform basic coating inspection and support repair and build-up coating works.

• Experience in fabrication work and able to read basic drawing.

• Willingness to learn blasting, painting and flame spray processes.
