Job Duties
Procurement & Planning
Support planning and procurement of medical and non-medical equipment and furniture
Facilitate user workgroups: organize meetings, guide departments, review performance indicators and work plans
Assist in budget planning and control to ensure project financial compliance
Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to prepare equipment and furniture specifications for tenders
Review tender submissions for technical compliance and provide recommendations to users
Support tender committees in evaluating equipment and services for procurement
Act as a liaison between user departments and consultants to document hospital workflows, interdependencies, and special requests
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management and procurement
Healthcare background highly preferred
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Pleasant, approachable, with good interpersonal skills
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Meticulous, logical, analytical, and detail-oriented
Independent with strong initiative and multi-tasking capability
Technologically savvy with an affinity for innovative solutions
Adaptable to ambiguity and enjoy problem solving
