Gross Salary: Up to $3,194/month + Performance Bonus + Attractive Benefits

Work for one of Japan's leading yakitori restaurant chains, as we expand into Singapore. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and enjoys leading a high-performing kitchen team.

What You'll Do

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day kitchen operations while ensuring food quality, consistency and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflow.

• Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills.

• Ensure food quality, portion control and consistency across all dishes.

• Monitor inventory, stock rotation and minimise food wastage.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Work closely with the Sous Chef to improve kitchen operations and menu execution.

• Support the kitchen team during peak service periods.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Kitchen Supervisor or similar role.

• Culinary qualification is preferred.

• Experience in Japanese cuisine is highly advantageous.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations is an advantage.

Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $3,194

Working Hours
