• Candidates who are available for all 3 event days (21–23 August 2026) will be prioritised.

Job Responsibilities

• Create awareness of Changi Travel Services' brand and travel products.

• Engage with visitors and proactively promote travel packages and services.

• Respond to customers' enquiries and provide accurate product information.

• Encourage customer interest and direct potential customers where appropriate.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional image throughout the event.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.

• Enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Candidates who can commit to the full event duration are preferred.

• Prior experience in roadshows, exhibitions, retail sales, or customer service will be an advantage, but is not required.
