Business Development Executive

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Salary: Basic SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500 per month + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to support the company's business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with people, developing partnerships, conducting market research, and contributing to business development strategies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

• Arrange and coordinate business meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.

• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

• Assist in creating digital marketing content using Canva and other marketing platforms where appropriate.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

• Perform other business development and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media is an advantage.

• Basic Canva or graphic design skills are preferred.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
