Patient Service Associate (Emergency Department/3 Shifts) - #1165320

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Associate to support our fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in providing excellent patient care and administrative support at the frontline of healthcare.

Summary:

• Location: Kent Ridge/Novena (Healthcare Institution)

• Working hours: 3 Rotating shifts

• Salary: $2300-$3000++ (Basic + shift allowance)

• Benefit: AWS + 2-3 Months Performance Bonus + Yearly Salary Increment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients accurately, assist patients and families with enquiries and guide them through registration and admission processes.

• Manage appointment scheduling, bed allocations, and patient flow coordination within the ED.

• Handle phone calls and front-desk enquiries

• Support nursing and medical staff with non-clinical administrative tasks.

• Assist with billing, cashiering, and payment collection where applicable.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of front-desk and reception areas.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
