About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Relationship Manager at GaiGai Pte Ltd, a leading company in the Matchmaking industry. In this full-time role based in the Downtown Core Central Region, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth. Your expertise in account and relationship management will be key to your success in this strategic position.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively manage a portfolio of key client accounts to foster long-term, profitable relationships

2. Identify and understand clients' needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals

3. Develop and execute effective account plans to expand business with existing clients

4. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer service and support

5. Contribute to the company's sales and revenue targets through new business development

6. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role

2. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs

5. Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client data and generate reports

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments

7. Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

8. To be able to work on a 5 day work week with unique working hours: 11.30am-8.30pm, and Saturdays as a work day
