Duration: 6-months contract (renewal based on project progress)
Location: Central
Working hours: 9am - 6.30pm (but will have to be adjusted to as and when there are projects and the individual will need to be on-site).
The role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (6-month contract) to lead and manage multiple operational projects, with a strong focus on electrical engineering works, including but not limited to electrical switchboard upgrades and infrastructure improvements. The role will provide technical oversight and project execution support to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and completion within the property, including all related administrative documentation and compliance requirements
Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project scope, timelines, budget and quality standards
Support upgrading, maintenance and improvement works relating to building infrastructure, including electrical systems
Oversee contractor performance and ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements
Plan and coordinate works in a live operational environment, including shutdowns where required Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company policies
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and updates for stakeholders
Participate in coordination meetings and provide regular project status updates Support cost control, variation management and contract administration where applicable
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing construction or electrical engineering projects
Demonstrated ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements Strong coordination skills with contractors and consultants
Good understanding of safety standards and technical regulations
