Project & Business Development Coordinator
We are hiring passionate individuals to join our growing team. You will work closely with the project engineering team to support the implementation and coordination of smart energy-saving projects, especially in lighting retrofits and automation systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager and project engineering team in planning, coordinating, and executing smart energy-saving projects, including lighting retrofits and automation system implementations.
Support site surveys and project assessments by collecting site information, preparing basic reports, and compiling relevant technical and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, building management, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and timely execution.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, maintain proper project records, and prepare regular updates or reports for management and clients.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentation materials, and project-related documents for potential and existing clients.
Assist in following up with business leads, client enquiries, site visit arrangements, and partnership opportunities to support business development activities.
Oversee post-installation monitoring through the company’s project management or monitoring platforms, and coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting support when required.
Identify potential project risks, client concerns, or operational issues, and assist in proposing practical solutions to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.
Maintain good working relationships with clients and partners, and support the company in identifying future project opportunities.
The interview will be on 15th July 2026, 1pm to 5pm, Stellar @ Tampines.
Job Requirements:
Experience: No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Car License: Class 3/3A
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
