Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Architectural / Design Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants

  • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work

  • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management

  • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements

  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme

  • Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works

  • Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent

  • Liaise closely with client, consultants and sub-contractors and conduct routine inspection of installed works

  • Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment

  • Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, recognized by Board of Architects Singapore

  • At least 8 years’ experience in architectural field in construction industry, preferably with CONQUAS / quality management experience on PPVC, PBU or MET projects

  • Candidate with data center experience will have an added advantage

  • Proficient in project management and architectural trades

  • Eye for details in architectural shop drawings

  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Mindset to work in a digital environment

  • Completed QM project and a registered CoreTrade Foremen or Supervisor will have an added advantage
