About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin & Finance Executive to join ACUTE AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. in the West Region on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role that combines administrative excellence with financial operations support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business. As an Admin & Finance Executive, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient office operations whilst providing critical support to our finance team, directly contributing to the company's operational success and financial health.
Key responsibilities
Managing general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing and record-keeping to ensure efficient office operations
Providing comprehensive support to the finance department, including invoice processing, expense tracking and financial documentation management
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry and reconciliation tasks
Preparing and maintaining financial reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documentation as required
Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business processes and administrative requirements
Processing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records in accordance with company procedures
Assisting with payroll administration tasks and employee record management
Managing office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary
Providing general clerical support and performing ad hoc duties as required to support business operations
What we're looking for
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills
Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial documentation and numerical data
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues and external contacts
A solid understanding of general accounting principles and basic financial processes
Experience in an administrative or finance support role within a similar business environment
Proficiency in finance or accounting software is advantageous
Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and business information
