Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, messaging platforms, or at the clinic reception counter.

• Handle enquiries, appointment bookings, registrations, payments, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks, including documentation, referrals, and email management.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information is handled confidentially.

• Assist with urgent cases and service escalations when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree with relevant experience

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, clinic operations, healthcare administration, or patient services is an advantage.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage

• Friendly, patient, and enjoy helping others

• Able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
