Assistant Operations Manager - #1165002

Our Client:

• Portable toilet supplier

• Mon – Fri, Office Hours

• Admiralty

• Basic up $4500 + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth project execution

• Oversee daily operations, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project teams to monitor progress, improve productivity, and maintain work quality

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and workforce initiatives to enhance manpower retention, competency, and overall operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations by enforcing safety standards, conducting site audits, and taking corrective actions for non-compliance

• Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies, provide timely communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a relevant discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant operations experience, preferably within civil/infrastructure, construction, building, or project-based environments.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence will be an added advantage
