Business Development

  • Drive business growth and revenue generation through proactive identification of opportunities, solution development, proposal coordination, and successful conversion of sales opportunities.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth and long-term objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to identify new growth opportunities and enhance commercial effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and evolving market conditions.

  • Identify and pursue service and aftermarket opportunities with both existing and potential customers.

  • Work closely with commercial and proposal teams to deliver competitive, customer-centric solutions.

  • Lead customer engagements, commercial negotiations, and discussions throughout the entire sales cycle.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.

  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated and aligned with relevant internal teams for successful project execution.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sales activities, business opportunities, commercial strategies, and project progress.

  • Support customer engagement initiatives to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations, project execution, and overall business activities.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives while supporting compliance, audit, and operational processes within the service business.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and customer invoicing.

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to facilitate timely payment collection and reduce overdue accounts.

  • Support project and service teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of service-related activities.
    Contribute to business planning and strategic discussions focused on service business growth and operational excellence.

  • Recommend process improvements and business enhancement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer development.

  • Prepare and present business performance reports, lessons learned, and win/loss analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities and risks.

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives related to service products and solutions.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and customer trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, service operations, or commercial functions.

  • Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance, project management, and aftermarket business activities.

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and leading commercial or technical sales engagements.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated track record in identifying business opportunities and successfully converting them into tangible results.
