Responsibilities:

• To assist in execution of projects involving timeline/stakeholders management and documentation and ensure the deliverables meet the client specification and requirement, ISO standards and the budget allocated for the project.

• To co-ordinate and co-operate with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects. You will be call upon to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

• To be in charge of using ASANA software for project management.

• To assist in establishing standardization work of production assemblies.

• To create standard Bill of Materials for products, work with Project Manager to ensure these are stored in the server.

• Co-ordinate with Sales department of the most appropriate components to be used at all stages of the Project cycle.

• To be involved in the testing of equipment and system during FAT and functional checks
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering / Technical Field.

• At least 1 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry or with hydraulics background is advantageous.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong capabilities in planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
