Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Track and monitor sales orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor project schedules and update customers on order progress.
• Assist in managing delivery documentation, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project specifications.
• Generate sales reports and maintain sales databases.
• Track sales performance, customer orders, and inventory availability.
• Support management with market and customer data analysis.
• Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP or CRM system.
• Assist the sales team with tender submissions and project documentation.
• Assist in organizing customer meetings and site visits.

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Experience in the construction, steel, manufacturing, or building materials industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction steel products and industry practices.
• Experience handling project-based sales and tender documentation.
• Familiarity with procurement and logistics coordination.
