Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and technical support in a timely and professional manner

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, and other communication channels while ensuring accuracy of specifications and order details

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials required for manufacturing activities

• Manage order processing and fulfillment activities with high accuracy and efficiency

• Monitor order progress and update customers on delivery schedules and any changes accordingly

• Liaise with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

• • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly by coordinating with the relevant departments when necessary

• Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, order status, complaint resolution, and customer feedback

• Ensure timely invoicing upon completion of all required documentation, including delivery orders and related paperwork
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in order processing/customer service, preferably in an industrial environment

• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Positive attitude, good personality and strong team player
