Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily production operations, fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities in compliance with SOP, safety, and quality standards

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including wiring, motors, pumps, and PLC systems for RO machines

• Support the commissioning team in product testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection activities

• Assist in managing production schedules, manpower allocation, overtime coordination, and daily task assignments to ensure projects are completed according to schedule

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Inventory teams to ensure availability and completeness of materials, components, BOM items, MRO supplies, and consumables for production activities

• Monitor fabrication and assembly processes to ensure all products and components are complete, functional, and free from defects

• Ensure proper implementation of workplace safety practices including PPE compliance, equipment maintenance, calibration monitoring, housekeeping, and 5S activities within the production floor

• Assist in maintaining production documentation, workshop drawings, QC records, test sheets, and production orders while supporting palletizing, crating, and export preparation activities

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management
  

Requirements:

• Possess a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or electrical engineering environment

• Able to read electrical drawings and perform wiring, installation, testing, and troubleshooting

• Responsible team player with good safety awareness
