Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce company products and services

• Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams when required

• Update customer information and sales activities in the system

• Achieve individual sales targets

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly
