Site Engineer (Civil / Geotechnical)

• Up to S$5,600 Basic + S$400 Monthly Allowance + Variable Bonus

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Work Location: Tradehub 21, Boon Lay (Project Site-Based)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of geotechnical and ground improvement projects. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving projects to successful completion within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities in accordance with project specifications and work schedules.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Review engineering drawings and provide technical support during project execution.

• Understand geotechnical conditions, including soil investigations and CPT data, to identify and mitigate project risks.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and company quality procedures.

• Implement and monitor HSEQ policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, QA/QC reports, site diaries, and progress claims.

• Assist with project cost control, budgeting, procurement, and resource optimization.

• Prepare project financial reports and monitor project performance.

• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3 years of experience in ground improvement or geotechnical construction projects.

• Possess a valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
