Key Responsibilities
Debone, skin, slice, trim, and portion meat according to production requirements or customer orders.
Weigh and sort meat products based on specifications.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment in line with food safety standards.
Work with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using knives, mincers, slicers, and related meat preparation equipment.
Comfortable working in an 8–12°C environment. Uniforms will be provided.
Must be open for night shift (04:00am - 1:20pm)
