Manager, Leasing & Tenant Relations (1 year contract renewable, convertible)

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)

• Formulate and execute the master leasing strategy to curate a vibrant, high-energy mix of waterfront F&B and lifestyle concepts.

• Source, pitch, negotiate and finalize lease agreements with local and international culinary brands and operators.

• Act as the pioneer partner for tenants, guiding them through the entire journey from initial expression of interest to operational launch.

• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), tenant handbooks and fit-out guidelines from scratch.

• Collaborate with Project, Design and Engineering teams to manage technical handovers seamlessly.

• Maintain proactive, consultative partnerships with tenants to align operational success with the overall asset vision.

• Monitor the commercial development’s retail/F&B landscape and rental benchmarks to optimize yield and keep the development competitive.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with min 6 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing - strong focus on F&B curation. Proven track record of pitching large-scale developments and closing complex rental and lease negotiations.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; comfortable building frameworks and workflows

• Strong understanding of F&B-specific provisions, site constraints and building infrastructure requirements.

• Prior experience handling retail assets, waterfront developments or high-footfall destinations in Singapore is highly valued.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage all types of stakeholders
