As an Executive (Business Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Identify and develop new market segments and client opportunities to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement initiatives.
Stay updated on company offerings, programmes, and initiatives to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Engage clients to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a personalised and positive experience.
Handle event hosting and engagement activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Manage client accounts, including credit administration and collections.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standard operating procedure.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and service excellence standards.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
