Job Responsibilities

• Manage frontline customer service operations, including check-in, document verification (passports, visas), gate identity checks, and assisting passengers with special needs.

• Handle customer support and issues, including irregular flight operations, automated check-in systems, and processing travel documentation.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards, report any breaches, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

• Lead and manage boarding gate operations in coordination with aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely departures while implementing airline-specific procedures and announcements.

• Oversee passenger handling and compliance, including boarding sequence, hand baggage control, boarding pass reconciliation with manifests, and providing final boarding clearance while ensuring service standards are met.

• Maintain operational coordination and communication, including updating flight information systems, liaising with crew and stakeholders, handling no-shows/offloads, operating passenger loading bridges safely, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ Levels

• Possess customer service experience

• Able to commit to working weekends and public holidays, including midnight shifts
