Job Description
Handle daily IT and administrative operations, including troubleshooting issues related to PCs, laptops, networks, printers, and applications.
Oversee estate management responsibilities, such as managing office and workshop lease contracts, ordering pantry supplies, and overseeing company vehicles and electrical appliances.
Coordinate, communicate, and ensure resolution of all operational and IT-related issues.
Provide support for SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
Carry out any other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Manage and maintain utilities for both the condo and office.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirement
GCE ‘O’ / Diploma/ Degree in Business studies, IT or related courses.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable in Fortinet Firewall, VPN, WMD, SAP, IT related.
Independent and proactive with good problem solving skills.
Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with HQ, China colleague).
