As a Assistant Project Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including Request for Information (RFI), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercises, encompassing specification development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.

• Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project requirements, and organizational priorities.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

• Monitor and control project changes, assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and escalating significant deviations to governance committees for timely decision-making.

• Conduct solution assessments, product evaluations, fit-gap analyses, and procurement activities to identify and implement technology solutions that effectively support business needs.

• Apply industry-standard project management methodologies to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects successfully.

• Develop project plans, define deliverables, establish milestones, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.

• Track project performance against key milestones, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and supporting invoice verification and payment processing.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution, communication, and alignment.

• Prepare and present project status reports to governance committees and working groups, providing visibility on progress, risks, and key decisions.

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating critical concerns when necessary.

• Ensure adequate allocation and utilization of project resources to support successful delivery outcomes.

• Manage vendor relationships and monitor contractual performance to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and deliverables.

• Ensure all projects comply with organizational IT policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal/external audit standards.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) with Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
