We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Officer to support talent outreach and recruitment initiatives within a growing financial advisory team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and identifying suitable individuals for career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to prospective candidates through referrals, social media, networking, and outreach initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Share career opportunities and arrange introductory conversations/appointments

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate candidate follow-ups and scheduling

•⁠ ⁠Support recruitment campaigns, events, and talent engagement activities

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper tracking and communication with interested candidates

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with leaders to identify suitable talent profiles

Preferred Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Minimum A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, business development, events, or people-facing roles is a bonus (not required)

•⁠ ⁠Career switchers and individuals with prior working experience are welcome
